I build people systems that scale with business growth. Over the past four years, I have led end-to-end people operations in fast-growing tech environments, covering talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, payroll, and employer branding.
At Cloudly InfoTech, I structured HR operations across 65+ employees, led full-cycle hiring for engineering and business teams, and supported ISO-aligned policy implementation. I also coordinated the rollout of the company's first in-house HRIS, turning manual workflows into a centralized, data-driven process.
Currently at BluBird Interactive, I focus on hiring quality, organizational discipline, and scalable HR governance. I work to align talent strategy with delivery goals and long-term organizational health.
